Pre-Arrival Services for New Olim

When working with us, the first step will be to schedule a free 15-minute consultation through our online booking service. This will allow us to get to know each other and learn more about your individual needs. 

After our initial meeting, our team will get to work. We’ll put together an individualized summary of services based on the clients needs. Together, we’ll create a list of goals and a timeline for accomplishing them.

Once you’ve found your new residence in Israel. We’ll get to work on this side of the globe and start getting your home ready for your arrival. Our first step will be to take detailed measurements of your new place in order to create a 2D/3D floorplan to share with you. From here, we will work out what furniture best suits your needs and help you decide on placement, working off existing furniture and your budget. Then we will begin to assist you in the purchasing of various home items so your home is ready for you upon arrival.

We’ll ensure you arrive with everything you need for your first few days. From fresh sheets to a stocked fridge.

On your day of Aliyah, we will be there to great you, either at the airport or at your new home. We will ensure that all your needs are met so you can take a well-deserved rest!

*Depending on availability, this service will be provided within 1-3 days of the Aliyah date.

We’ll be here to support you as needs arise, such as helping you find service providers in your area and connecting you with various organizations. Our goal is help you through this life changing transition for a smooth Aliyah process. As Olim ourselves we understand that Aliyah is not just one day. Whether it is you’re an incoming Oleh/Olah or have been here for 10+ years, we are here for you.
